Welcome to the first (and hopefully not the last) blog entry for all things Kaloo.
Kaloo made its debut in France in 1999. It’s hard to believe a decade has nearly passed as well as the evolution that Kaloo has experienced during this time.
What started out as a French Teddy Bear company has now blossomed into a World Class Lifestyle Brand, encompassing everything Soft Toys, Perfume, Bedding and Activity Mats, to Clothing, Furniture, Carpets, Curtains & Décor.
In 2009 we will celebrate Kaloo’s 10thAnniversary, with a further expansion of our décor line and Special Anniversary limited Edition Collection. Stay tuned for more, and possibly a sneak peek or two in the coming months.
So why read this blog? A valid question indeed. I am writing this blog with both North American retailers and consumers in mind. I want to communicate the wealth of information we have regarding Kaloo as well as to share the stories and basically cool goings on with Kaloo.
We are always looking for feedback (good, bad & otherwise) to remain in touch with your expectations of Kaloo. Eventhough Kaloo is a World Brand, we are a responsive company and answer every email we receive. We look forward to building a close relationship via this blog, and are happy to serve you.

Owning a store is a lot of work. It is nice to come across a company and product line that is so well thought out and organised. Kaloo makes it easy to do business. Through the website, newsletters, and friendly staff…Kaloo is by far one of our best suppliers. Not only are the gift boxes are as beautiful as the product, the sell through continues to amaze me.
