Kaloo Furniture Goes Canadian, eh?

Posted by leif on October 30, 2008 at 3:25 pm.

We just returned from a recent visit to our Canadian Furniture Factory just outside of Montreal. Its always interesting to see the various stages of production and of course the finished product.

I find the best part of my job here at Kaloo (apart from finding lost Doudous replacements for frantic parents) is the creation of quality.  I strongly recommend reading “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance”, as the author explores the Metaphysics of Quality.

Whoa! Ok…. I’m back. I better ease off the Halloween candy and save some for the kids. (Remind me one day  to share a childhood story of when my mother decided to hand out apples instead of candy one year….every 10 year old’s nightmare come true)

    Hi!

I recently purchased the Kaloo 123 entire furniture set and the baloon carpet. I fell in love with the look and bright colours immediately. So many parents want a babies room to match with the rest of their house. I think kids’ rooms should be about kids and what better way to express that then the 123 set.

I’m from Montreal and heard these items were made in Montreal. Is this true?

    Regards,
    Mary
